Due to the latest Covid-19 outbreak, our operations have been impacted by:
* Excessive amounts of staff shortages.
* Wait times increased for customer service in store and for pick-ups in our warehouse.
* Longer response times on emails and phone calls.
In line with the recent updates to the NSW government Covid 19 guidelines and with the safety of our dedicated team and you, our customer as our top priority, our showroom is open to service all your tile needs.
Our showroom is open to the public and is being regularly cleaned and sanitised.
Any of our team who are unwell are asked to stay home, and we respectfully ask you to do the same. Whilst planning your visiting to TFO, ensure you wear a face mask as it’s a condition of entry and check in using the QR code. We ask that you join us in practising social distancing and keep a distance of around 1.5 metres from our team and other customers.
